Sukhumvit Suite is very nicely located on Sukhumvit Soi 13, backing on to the Ambassador Hotel and opposite Citrus Hotel. It is a 43 storey building built in 1994 with office units up to the 13th floor, common area on the 14th floor and then residential condo units from the 15th upwards. Buying and renting in Sukhumvit Suite is cheap compared to surrounding developments and the location is great, with Sukhumvit Soi 11 a quick walk away and access to Nana and Asok BTS Stations and Sukhumvit MRT Station as well as Terminal 21 and Robinsons. There are numerous 5 Star Hotels in the area as well as a huge selection of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops and Bumrungrad International Hospital.

Studio units in Sukhumvit Suite start at around 14,000 THB/month and there are often units on the market for sale at around 70,000 THB/sqm. There are office spaces for rent on the lower floors at reasonable monthly rates also.
