VN Residence 1 was completed 2009. The condominium is built on an amazing location along Prathumnak Road Soi 5 on Jomtien. This is a quiet and peaceful area, and the apartment located on 1st floor has a view of the swimming pool area.

The apartment is fully furnished and have 2 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room with entrance to a large balcony with pool view.

Kitchen:

Well equipped kitchen with high gloss white kitchen cabinets, gray granite countertop, black ceramic tiles between worktop and cupboard. Integrated ceramic hob. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. The walls are upholstered with bright wall paper, the floor is tiled with bright and large granite flooring tiles, and the ceiling is bright painted with recessed down lights.

Living room

Light living room with sliding glass doors out to the terrace. Nice group of leather for 3 persons, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs and TV bench and TV. Air-con is installed above the sofa.

Bedroom:
Large and airy bedroom with a King Size double bed and a spacious wardrobe. It has bright and large granite flooring tiles. The ceiling is painted, air-condition and with spotlights. The walls are papered with bright wallpaper.

Bathroom:

Bright bathroom with grey and white ceramic tiles, bathroom furniture with white high-gloss doors and granite countertop and spotlights in the ceiling. Toilet, washbasin and shower fittings are of Cotto American Standard brand. It has a big and spacious shower cabinet with glass walls and door and electric extractor fan. A water barrier membrane is provided in all walls and the floor, and the floor has European standard drains.

Balcony:
Large balcony with great and nice pool view. The balcony has beautiful bright ceramic flooring tiles with light sanding patterns that give a great framing effect. There are power outlets in the balcony, the ceiling is of painted "Smart Wood" with recessed spotlights. For fully enjoying the warm and peaceful summer days on the balcony, we have chosen not to install any air-condition outdoor units on the balcony. These are instead mounted in behind of the gallery on the other side of the apartment.

Miscellaneous:

All outdoor air-condition units are mounted in behind of the gallery. It is installed fire alarm systems in the apartments that are connected to a central alarm system, and there are surveillance cameras mounted throughout the whole building with monitor system at the guardhouse.

The Residence has access from public streets. Drive down Soi 5 of Prathumnak Rd., and when the street divides into two; keep on to right hand side. Building number 2 on the left side is Villa Norway Residence 1, the building is marked with signboard.

There is a garage in the basement with good parking space. It is also possible to park on the street.
