T.W. Jomtien Beach Condominium was completed 2011. The condominium is built on a central location along Thepprasit road in Jomtien. The apartment are located on 5^th floor.

The studio is fully furnished and have European kitchen/living room/ bedroom with entrance to large balcony.

The walls and ceiling are painted with light colour, flooring with light tiles 60x60, balconies door in white aluminium frame. The room is smart and lovely furnished with a king size bed in dark painted wood with two matching beside tables, matching dining table with 4 matching chairs and a lovely carpet under, a lovely l-shape sofa in velour fabric in burgundy colour with teak coffee table and matching carpet under. The TV bench is in the same style. The kitchen is white gloss cabinet and laminate work top, and have integrated hob, hood, microwave and black refrigerator.  The wall over the bench countertop is covered with black glass.  Air-con is installed over the balcony door, and there are a nice stainless steel fan mounted in the ceiling in the middle of the room. The entrance have spacious wardrobe.
