​New-Nordic are keeping up a fast in new condo development projects. The latest one is VIP Suites 5, a 8 story condo with 53 units. Like before, this new condo is also located on Pratumnak Hill in Pattaya. This is probably the best location in Pattaya as it is in the middle between Pattaya and Jomtien, but at the same time, it is a very quiet area.
