VN Resort 1 & 2

Description

VN Resorts 1 & 2 consists of 18 two story villas in a resort like tropical garden with swimmingpools. VN Resort 1 was completed in 2006 and consists of 9 villas around a tropical garden with swimmingpool. All villas have livingroom, european kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, guest toilet and two terraces and a roof terrace.

VN Resort 2 was completed one and a half year later in late 2007 and is identical to Resort 1, also with 9 villas in a tropical garden with pool. VN Resort 1 & 2  has a large communal area and two swimmingpools. Some owners rent out their properties when not using them. The resort is very popular and we have many customers who rent a villa on day to day basis.

VN Resort 1 & 2 is located in a quiet soi near the thai princess’s resiidence and Asia Hotel’s golf course. The beach in Jomtien is within walking distance and there is only a 10 minutes ride with taxi to Pattaya.
